Report RIM Didn't Order

In the nightly job stack, a routine runs that formulates a list of part numbers and quantities that we would expect RIM to place on order tonight.
Early in the morning, another routine runs that compares this list to the order placed by RIM, and reduces the list to only the parts NOT on the RIM order.
This list is useful for updating bins for number changes, or putting certain parts on permanent exclusion.
From time to time, RIM places its order late in the morning.  If it is later than the routine that compares this list, then RE-RUN RIMM.UPDATE.RNO will clean up the list.
