Review RIM Proposals
This screen is just a reminder of Hold orders in existence.
Several customizable filters are available to aid in reviewing proposals.

NO FILTER brings all the proposal part numbers into the review.

Highlight a line and type an exception letter code:
  • T - Temporary Exclusion
  • P - Permanent Exclusion
  • K - Keep existing policy
  • [qty] - Locked Quantity
Remove a change by pressing DELETE on a highlighted part.
Press F2 to open this window to view or change these part number fields:
  • SOURCE
  • BIN
  • ABCD
  • COMMENT
PNCHG is a display-only field.
Press F6 to display sales for a highlighted part number.
Press F9 to to generate reports for transfer to the Stocking Policy Proposal List.
Use these lists to post the exceptions back to the RIM web site, then you can "accept" all the remaining ones.
This last page is for getting the warehouse ready with bin tags before the parts are ordered and received.
