The program finds CSOs invoiced withing the date range and creates order lines in the CSO quantities but not exceeding O.H., and decreased to the appropriate MULTiple.
The purpose of creating the return first as an order is for review in RVST. Make adjustments here to the "order" [return].
Create an MSR so you can continue to sell parts until they are actually returned. Then you can use the MSR program to clear the O.H. quantities.
Or, just minus them now.
In DCS, convert and send the Material Return.
