Backup/Restore BSLs
The RIMM programs use BSL [RIM SPQ] values to create the Hold orders and for other purposes.
This function saves the BSLs of all RIM controlled part numbers to a backup file, then restores the backed up values back into the PART-NO. BSL field.
Use this anytime you want to run ADP's STK function because that function changes BSLs. Even though this does not affect RIM, it DOES affect RIMM.
