These 2 are mutually exclusive. In other words, if you set up BY EMPLOYEE, it will delete the setup for BY LAST CHARACTER OF PART NUMBER, and vice versa.
Enter the prefix and then F3 to save.
Prefix SO and part number 15646490 would give you a bin of SO0.
